After cleansing the hair with Refresh Hair and Scalp Wash, apply a small amount of Rinse to hand, emulsify and work thoroughly through hair and scalp. Rinse well. Repeat if necessary. For best results, use daily to every-other-day with Rejuvenating Sealer.
