Returns Policy

Simply Organic is a professional-only wholesale business-to-business supplier of organic salon products.  Therefore, we have an "All sales are final" return policy except those products that have been sold subject to our "Money Day Back Guarantee" package offerings.

However, we may accept returns and provide refunds, store credits, or exchanges for products purchased in the last 30 days in some limited circumstances.  These circumstances include:

  1. when a products are sold under a "Money Back Guarantee" and returned within the specified timeframe to be received at our warehouse;
  2. when products are received damaged and photos proving proof of the damages can be provided;
  3. when a customer received the wrong product that is different from what they ordered; and
  4. other circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis and determined in our sole discretion. 

In any event, we only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sellable items and only when accompanied by a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization".  Requests for Return Merchandise Authorizations must be made through our Returns Page and can only be accepted for orders under 30 days old.  All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense and a valid tracking number must be provided in order for us to track your return package.  All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any items returned to Simply Organic without an accompanying printed Return Merchandise Authorization email or form will not be eligible for refund.  The products may be sent back to the owner at the owner's expense or disposed of at the sole discretion of Simply Organic.
