Returns Policy

Simply Organic is a professional-only wholesale business-to-business supplier of organic salon products. Therefore, we have an "All sales are final" return policy except those products that have been sold subject to our "Money-Back Guarantee" package offerings.

However, we may accept returns and provide refunds, store credits, or exchanges for products purchased in the last 30 days in some limited circumstances. These circumstances include:

  1. A product is sold under a "Money Back Guarantee" and returned within the specified timeframe to be received at our warehouse.
  2. A product is received damaged and photos proving proof of the damages can be provided.
  3. A customer received the wrong product that is different from what they ordered.
  4. Other circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis and determined in our sole discretion. 

In any event, we only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sellable items and only when accompanied by a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Requests for RMA's must be made through our Returns Page and can only be accepted for orders under 30 days old.  All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense and a valid tracking number must be provided in order for us to track your return package.  All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any items returned to Simply Organic without an accompanying printed RMA email or form will not be eligible for refund. The products may be sent back to the owner at the owner's expense or disposed of at the sole discretion of Simply Organic.

Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
All education tickets purchased through Simply Organic Beauty are non-refundable under any circumstances. Regardless of them being personal, professional, or unforeseen. This policy is in place to ensure that our educators and partners can prepare the best experience for you.

Transfer Policy
Tickets are transferable to another attendee up to 48 hours before the event start date. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us with the new attendee’s details education@simplyorganicbeauty.com.We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having you join us for a valuable and transformative educational experience!
