How To Prepare an INFUSION (Herbal Tea):
 Pull the filter out of the OW Infuso Bottle. Chop the plants, herbs or tea leaves, place them back into the filter and place back into bottle.
 Pour very hot water directly into the container so that it flow throughout the blend and filter.
 Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes, so the water can absorb the herb's active ingredients.
 Feeling extra sweet? Add honey, raw sugar or stevia.
How To Prepare an AROMATIC DETOX WATER (Fruit Infused Water):
 Pull the filter out of the OW Infuso Bottle. Fruit, Vegetables and Spices must be thorough washed and peeled prior to placing them in Infuso.
 Cut your raw ingredients into small pieces and put them directly into bottle. Add mineral or sparking water.
 Allow to steep in the fridge for at least 3 hours before drinking. Add a few ice cubes to speed up the process.
 Once you've consumed the fruit infused waters, you can reuse the raw ingredients within one more time with water.
